Finally the last resting place of
the games that could have been!
Here is my early softography – a selection of older works for systems from the Atari 800 to the Amiga. After these projects I went on to get a job working for Microprose as a game designer, those years and up to the present date are detailed elsewhere on this site.
Assembled here is an assortment of primarily Atari 8bit games, some that were released, some that were nearly released, some unfinished games and a whole smattering of concepts, contracts and screen shots and of course some downloadable content. I primarily produced and designed these titles, I did bitmap art on many and even contributed code to some.
Before we begin I’d like to thank Mark Keates for helping me rebuild this archive, he had kept what I had lost over the years and without his help none of this would have been possible – a huge thanks to Mark!
I'd also like to thank Andy Dickinson, one of the Plastron team for his help in recovering what was once lost of Menace and Plastron's source data, its great to be able to get those old files out of the attic and out into the world...
